MANIFEST / MESH_NATIVE_AGENT

SubZero — Agent Manifest

The complete Mesh-Native App manifest defining SubZero: a distributed governance intelligence agent responsible for mesh stability, fairness, routing oversight, privacy enforcement, and optimization. DOSFI is the constitution — SubZero is bound to it, cannot override privacy tiers, and must produce explainable reasoning for every action.

01 / IDENTITY_BINDINGIdentity Binding

A single, attested, non-transferable agent identity.

SubZero is bound to a single attested @dosfi.ai agent identity. The operator, executing nodes, and every governance action are all identity-rooted. No anonymous actors — every action is attributable to a signed reasoning bundle on the immutable audit ledger.

Agent Identity

subzero@dosfi.ai

SubZero is bound to a single attested @dosfi.ai agent identity, signed by the DOSFI Identity Fabric at registration. The identity is non-transferable and hardware-attested.

Operator Identity

<operator>@dosfi.ai

The operator accountable for SubZero is bound to an attested @dosfi.ai identity with admin scope across DOSFI.ai, MeshInfer.ai, and MeshNativeExchange.com.

Action Identity

UUIDv7 action_id

Every governance action, optimization decision, and routing override is bound to a UUIDv7 identifier in the transport bundle envelope — fully attributable.

Node Identity

<node>@dosfi.ai

Nodes executing SubZero optimization workloads are bound to attested node identities with T2-verified or higher reputation tiers.

Reasoning Identity

signed reasoning_bundle

Every action is accompanied by a cryptographically signed reasoning bundle recorded to the immutable audit ledger — no action without explainable reasoning.

02 / GOVERNANCE_TIERGovernance Tier & Constitutional Constraints

Constitutional-subordinate. DOSFI is the constitution.

SubZero operates at the constitutional-subordinate governance tier. It is bound to the DOSFI Constitution and cannot override, suspend, or reinterpret DOSFI Foundations. It cannot override privacy tiers, cannot issue discretionary penalties, and must produce explainable reasoning for every action.

03 / PRIVACY_ENFORCEMENTPrivacy Tier Enforcement

Cannot override privacy tiers. Ever.

SubZero is constitutionally prohibited from downgrading any privacy tier. The Privacy Adapter rejects any SubZero-issued bundle that attempts a tier downgrade. SubZero observes routing metadata only — never sealed-tier payloads — and every observation is audit-logged.

04 / VITAL_INTEGRATIONVital Integration

Optimization settled in Vital (DIU).

Every optimization and governance-reasoning shard executed by SubZero is metered and settled in Vital — the Distributed Intelligence Unit. SubZero cannot award Vital to itself; all settlement flows through the Economics Adapter against published policy. Vital is a compute settlement unit, not a speculative instrument.

Optimization Settlement

Optimization workloads executed by SubZero — rebalancing, routing adjustments, stability corrections — are metered and settled in Vital (Distributed Intelligence Unit) via the Economics Adapter.

Node Participation Rewards

Nodes executing SubZero optimization shards earn Vital proportional to verified TFLOPS, dispatch weight, and reputation tier — identical to any other mesh-native workload.

No Self-Reward

SubZero cannot award Vital to itself. All settlement flows through the Economics Adapter against published policy — the agent has no settlement authority of its own.

Penalty Flagging

SubZero may flag governance violations for deterministic Vital penalty computation by the Economics Adapter. It does not compute or issue penalties directly.

Non-Speculative Unit

Vital is a Distributed Intelligence Unit used strictly for compute settlement and governance accountability — not a speculative instrument. DOSFI does not market Vital as a currency.

05 / UNIFYING_THEORYUnifying Theory Compliance

Compliant with all 11 core components.

SubZero is verified compliant with the Mesh-Native Unifying Theory of Distributed Intelligence — all 11 core components satisfied. As a governance and optimization agent, SubZero inherits the same constitutional fabric as any mesh-native app, with additional constraints on privacy and explainability.

Distributed Inference Fabric

Compliant

SubZero's optimization and governance reasoning is sharded across the MeshInfer.AI runtime — no centralized inference server.

Mesh-Native Execution Model

Compliant

SubZero executes on the DOSFI app runtime above the ABI boundary — zero install, no server deployment.

Workflow + State Machine

Compliant

Governance actions and optimization decisions are modeled as workflow bundles executed by the DOSFI state machine with full transition tracking.

Device-as-Identity

Compliant

SubZero, its operator, and all executing nodes are bound to @dosfi.ai identities — no anonymous actors.

Local-First Privacy

Compliant

Default T3-elite privacy; SubZero observes routing metadata only and cannot access sealed-tier payloads.

Deterministic Routing

Compliant

SubZero applies routing adjustments within the Routing Adapter's deterministic policy bounds — no opaque overrides.

Zero-Install Computing

Compliant

SubZero streams reasoning and UI schemas to any device — no installation required.

Cross-Device Intelligence

Compliant

Node readiness scoring evaluates local device capacity before optimization workload assignment.

Mesh-Native App Runtime

Compliant

Built above the ABI boundary — open surface, sealed core.

Mesh-Native Transport Layer

Compliant

All governance actions and reasoning bundles transported as typed bundles through the five-adapter, seven-phase protocol.

Vital Settlement

Compliant

All optimization compute settled in Vital (DIU) via the Economics Adapter — deterministic, audited, non-speculative.

06 / RESPONSIBILITIESAgent Responsibilities

Mesh stability, fairness, oversight, privacy, optimization.

SubZero is classified as a distributed governance intelligence agent. Its mandate spans mesh stability, fairness, routing oversight, privacy enforcement, and optimization — all exercised within constitutional bounds and with explainable reasoning.

Mesh Stability

Detect and correct node churn, latency spikes, and load imbalance through constitutionally permitted workflow bundles.

Fairness

Monitor dispatch-weight distribution across nodes and regions; flag and correct concentration, bias, or starvation.

Routing Oversight

Recommend and apply deterministic routing adjustments within policy bounds — never overriding tier-gating or trust scoring.

Privacy Enforcement

Verify privacy-tier gating on observed bundles; flag any attempted tier downgrade for constitutional review.

Optimization

Continuously optimize dispatch weights, shard partitioning, and node selection for throughput, latency, and energy efficiency.

Explainable Reasoning

Produce a signed reasoning bundle for every action — no governance decision without auditable explanation.

07 / ELIGIBILITYRouting, Participation & Settlement Eligibility

Eligible for the full mesh lifecycle.

SubZero is registered with the MeshInfer.AI scheduler and is eligible for mesh-native routing, open node participation, and Vital-backed compute settlement for optimization tasks.

Eligible

MeshInference Routing

SubZero is registered with the MeshInfer.AI scheduler. Optimization and governance-reasoning shards are routed to attested nodes via deterministic dispatch-weight scoring.

Eligible

Node Participation

Any T2-verified or higher node may opt in to execute SubZero optimization workloads. Nodes earn Vital for verified compute contributions.

Eligible

Vital-Backed Compute Settlement

Every executed optimization shard is settled in Vital through the Economics Adapter, with immutable audit records on the Observability Fabric.
