Terms of Use

DOSFI is a distributed operating system that orchestrates ambient compute across a global mesh of consenting devices. The MeshInfer.AI runtime executes, optimizes, and verifies AI workloads across that mesh. Our Services include: • The DOSFI node client (open-source mobile software for Android and iOS) • The MeshInfer.AI SDK and published ABI • The Task API, Node API, and Routing API • The Partner Portal and enterprise pilot management tools • Documentation, whitepapers, and developer resources • The DOSFI website and associated web properties Some features may require account registration, enterprise agreements, or payment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. When registering an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Safeguard your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

If you install the DOSFI node client and opt in to mesh participation, you explicitly consent to: • Contributing idle device compute (CPU, GPU, NPU) to the mesh under defined thermal and power limits • Receiving and processing encrypted, sharded workloads from the mesh • Having your device's readiness score calculated and updated in real time We guarantee: • Your device will never be pushed past declared thermal or power limits • You may withdraw consent and stop participation at any time from within the node client • Workload payloads are encrypted and zero-knowledge with respect to node operators • No personal data from your device is transmitted to or accessible by workload requesters Node participants who opt in to incentive programs are subject to separate reward terms.

DOSFI's architecture is divided into a proprietary core and an open surface: PROPRIETARY (All Rights Reserved): The DOSFI scheduler, routing engine, privacy tier system, thermal manager, zero-trust execution layer, and MeshInfer.AI runtime are proprietary to MeshInfer.AI, Inc. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from these components. OPEN SOURCE: The DOSFI node client, SDKs, and ABI are released under open-source licenses as specified in the applicable repository. Your use of open-source components is governed by the applicable open-source license in addition to these Terms. MeshInfer.AI, DOSFI, and related logos and marks are trademarks of MeshInfer.AI, Inc. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

You agree not to: • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or connected systems • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary component • Submit malicious code, payloads, or workloads designed to harm nodes or users • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the mesh, APIs, or infrastructure • Use the Services to train competing distributed operating systems or runtime models • Harvest or scrape data from the Services without authorization • Impersonate another person or entity • Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure • Use the Services to process or distribute illegal content of any kind

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including: • The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) • The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) • The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) • The Pennsylvania Breach of Personal Information Notification Act (73 P.S. § 2301 et seq.) • Pennsylvania data security and consumer protection regulations under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL) • Applicable federal law including CAN-SPAM, COPPA, and the Federal Trade Commission Act Pennsylvania residents: While Pennsylvania has not yet enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, you retain rights under applicable federal law and the PA Breach Notification Act, including the right to be notified promptly if your personal information is involved in a data breach. We will provide breach notification to Pennsylvania residents in accordance with 73 P.S. § 2303 within a reasonable time following discovery of a qualifying breach.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MESHINFER.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeshInfer.AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: • Your access to or use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you submit to the Services

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, with arbitration seated in San Francisco, California. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS: Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any rights you have under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL), 73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq., or the Pennsylvania Breach of Personal Information Notification Act, 73 P.S. § 2301 et seq. To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory Pennsylvania consumer protection law, the mandatory law controls.
