The founder is clearly exceptional. However, the system is pre-proof: no measured inference benchmark, no battle-tested settlement, no real mesh revenue, no community, no team. The valuation gap between the vision ($50M–$200M) and the verified state ($50K–$500K asset value) is entirely a function of unproven technical claims. The investment thesis is a bet that the founder can produce one measured proof that collapses that gap. Without that proof, this is an asset acquisition, not a strategic acquisition.
